This year’s Anzac Assembly was held on Friday, 28 April 2017 and brought together the whole school, with presenters from both campuses and a moving reading by Year 5s of the children’s picture book, My Grandad Marches on Anzac Day.
There were moving stories of individual Anzacs, beautiful war songs (In Flanders Fields and White Cliffs of Dover), a haunting Last Post and a rousing Reveille from the Brass Ensemble. The College Jazz/Concert Band led the whole school in the national anthem.
From Years 1-12, all students showed great respect during the assembly. Lest We Forget.
