Leadership is one of the most important skills that Helena College students can develop to be the best person they can be and to make the world a better place. At the Glen Forrest Campus students are offered opportunities to develop their leadership potential through a variety of roles across the year levels:

- Language Ambassadors (Year 9)
- Peer Support Leaders (Years 10)
Leadership positions for Year 12s in 2018
- Head Students (2)
- Council Secretary (1)
- Community Liaison Captain (1)
- Academic Captain (1)
- House Captains (6)
- Drama Captains (2)
- Sports Captains (2)
- Music Captains (2)
- Middle School Captain (1)
- Environment Captains (1)
- ICT Captain (1)
Our students value their leadership roles within our College community and in addition to the formal roles, students also take time to volunteer at our after school Homework Club and as sports referees and coaches.
That commitment to others doesn’t end when our students graduate with many returning to help on school camps as ‘Year 13s’, valued members of the extended Helena community.
