Physical Education Teacher (Part-time | 2 days per week)

Accountant (Full-time)
Helena College is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Business Office team. Reporting to the Business Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing key financial operations across the College, including payroll compliance, reconciliations, statutory obligations, financial reporting and internal financial controls.
The successful candidate will provide high-level accounting oversight and technical financial support to ensure the integrity, accuracy and compliance of the College’s financial operations. Payroll and Finance Officer (Part-time)
Helena College is seeking a highly organised and collaborative Payroll & Finance Officer to support the day-to-day operations of the College finance function. Working closely with the Accountant and Business Manager, this role is responsible for a range of finance administration duties including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing support, banking, receipting, reconciliations and general finance administration.
The Payroll & Finance Officer plays an important role in supporting the accurate processing of payroll and financial transactions, maintaining financial records and contributing to compliance and reconciliation processes across the College.
This position offers up to 30 hours per week, worked across school operational hours during term time and designated non-term working periods, making it well suited to a detail-focused professional seeking a meaningful role within a supportive school community.

The role of the College Council is to provide overall governance of the school which includes setting the strategic direction, providing oversight of plans and budgets established by the school management, and monitoring the performance of the school against its Strategic Plan.
